Junzhe (Peter) Chi, Esq. graduated from the Law School of Peking University and the School of Law at the University of Missouri. He has successively served as the legal advisor at Samsung's China headquarter and a partner at a well-known law firm in Beijing, later practicing in the United States and serving as a partner at a U.S. law firm. Attorney Chi's area of expertise is U.S. immigration law, and he has extensive experience in immigration bail, removal proceedings, Mandamus cases, Special Immigrant Juvenile status cases, Extraordinary Ability Aliens (EB-1), National Interest Waivers (NIW), and L-1 visas for multinational corporations. Attorney Jonathan Rapel obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law. Throughout his entire legal career, Attorney Jonathan Rapel has dedicated himself to representing individuals in civil and criminal cases across both State and Federal Court systems.
