Job title: Associate (San Jose, CA)

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions,

• settlement agreements, and orders in support of contract negotiations and court proceedings.

• Conduct legal research, assist in preparing for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings, and

• provide legal support and analysis under the direction of senior associate attorneys. Analyze legal

• issues in matters, assist in advising clients on potential resolutions, and support negotiations on

• behalf of clients under supervision. Communicate with senior associates, partners, paralegals, and

• clients to support efficient case handling. Maintain and organize client files to ensure up-to-date

• information is readily accessible to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Salary: $151,986.00/year

 

Requirements:

Master's degree in Law; 24 months of experience as a Lawyer; and admission to

practice law in California.
