Job title: Associate

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, orders for contract negotiations and court proceedings.

• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel under the direction of senior associate attorneys.

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on potential resolutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.

• Communicate with senior associates, partners, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.

• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is readily available for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Salary: $115,690.00/year

 

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Law. 24 months of experience as a Lawyer or Law Clerk.

Admitted to practice law in California.
