Junzhe (Peter) Chi, Esq. graduated from the Law School of Peking University and the School of Law at the University of Missouri. He has successively served as the legal advisor at Samsung's China headquarter and a partner at a well-known law firm in Beijing, later practicing in the United States and serving as a partner at a U.S. law firm. Attorney Chi's area of expertise is U.S. immigration law, and he has extensive experience in immigration bail, removal proceedings, Mandamus cases, Special Immigrant Juvenile status cases, Extraordinary Ability Aliens (EB-1), National Interest Waivers (NIW), and L-1 visas for multinational corporations. Attorney Chi is licensed to practice law in California, New York, Texas, and China, and is proficient in English, Chinese, and Korean.
